I recently stayed at a hotel on Phu Quoc Island and had a great experience. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the markets and beach bar. The staff were very friendly and made me feel comfortable in a foreign place. The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with a nice view of the surrounding area. The bathroom was also well-maintained. The breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety of options. I was impressed with the facilities and advantages of the room.
The only downside was the restaurant, which had a limited and boring menu.

The room was spacious. The location was ok but I would rather be closer to the night market and city.
Some of the front desk receptionists did not understand English. A bit frustrating when you have to keep repeating yourself. The hotel was big and the outside area has the potential to be beautiful. The pool and beach area seemed cold and uninviting. I went during the low season but the management can still keep the grounds clean. There were no employees at the pool so I could not order a drink or food. After a few minutes at the pool my husband and I decided to go to La Veranda (short walk along the beach) for lunch since no staff members were available at the pool. Although the prices at Long Beach hotel are a bit less than La Veranda, I would have paid more just for the attentivenesss and atmosphere at La Veranda.

It was in a lovely location away from all the noise of the main section of Long Beach. The staff could not do enough for you, they were very polite and always smiling. The rooms were delightful and interest in architecture. Would definitely recommended this hotel as the setting was perfect.
The restaurant menu was a little limited so we didn't eat there. The beach sunloungers need new mattresses but this was only a minor concern. The hotel is expanding and then, possibly, the beach and breakfast area will be too crowded but maybe they are extending the beach.

Excellent breakfast and wifi, the best I've had in my 3 months in Asia. The room, although dated, was nice and comfortable with a lovely balcony. The staff were friendly and a credit to the management.
Nothing to be said.

The Long Beach Resort has a great location in a quiet area with a few restaurants nearby. It's perfect for those seeking a peaceful getaway. Additionally, the staff at this hotel are helpful and friendly, providing excellent service throughout our stay. The rooms, although with small windows, are in reasonable condition and offer a comfortable space to relax. Moreover, the breakfast at this hotel exceeded our expectations, with a wide variety of options and food being replenished often.
All was good, nothing to complain about.

Nice beach and pool with great sunsets. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety. Good location, only a short taxi ride to the market.
The room we were given was not what we had booked and was not up to standard. The Wi-Fi was not very reliable and often cut out.

The location of Long Beach Resort is perfect, right by the beach and close to all amenities. The reception staff, especially Joey, were super helpful and even bought us an adaptor for our devices. The hotel transfer was spot on and they even allowed us a very late check-out at no extra cost due to our flight delay. The breakfast spread was amazing with lots of food options and the staff were very helpful. We booked a snorkelling tour through the reception and it was great. The whole place looks magical at sunset, with a beautiful garden and a very relaxing atmosphere.

The beach was beautiful and perfect for relaxing. the staff was very helpful and welcoming, making us feel at home. the hotel's location was great, with plenty of restaurants and attractions nearby.
The room we were given was not what we had booked. It smelled damp and there was a lot of noise from the construction work nearby, making it difficult to relax.

During our stay, we were pleasantly surprised by two complementary horse riding sessions and a free shuttle service to the night market. The location was also fantastic, with beautiful sunsets and easy access to nearby shops and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the peaceful and clean private beach with comfortable lounge chairs.
The ongoing construction noise was disruptive and the breakfast could have had a wider variety. Additionally, the room walls were too thin, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep without hearing conversations from neighboring rooms.
